Returns

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing noornotesco@gmail.com.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

Requests made after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.


Refunds

Refunds are not offered as standard.

Refunds are considered only on a case by case basis and are issued solely at our discretion. If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Original shipping costs are non refundable.


Final Sale Items

All Noor Notes card decks are considered final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect ordering.


Return Shipping

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost.

We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.


Exchanges and Replacements

If your item arrives damaged or faulty and the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement where possible.

If a replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative resolution at our discretion.
